Now tv stick trouble with WiFi

Hello has anyone else had any issues with the now tv stick not connecting to your WiFi all the time? It’s not my broadband as I have a smart tv and Netflix and everything else works fine I’m finding I have to reset my now tv multiple times and still I got a message about “there was an error try again later” I used to have a now tv box and never had this many connection issues sometimes it just doesn’t connect at all even though I put the password back in and it says “connected” but nothing loads

Sounds like a faulty Stick. Can you get the retailer to replace it?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
