Now tv stick to working

Hi all I have recently changed my daughters tv and plugged in the now tv stick it has resynced itself and remote all working but can’t get the stick to actually work and play the programmes what am I doing wrong ?

My now TV stick hasnt worked for a while now but I'm still paying for it I think its the stick and lead it's really wobbly and don't feel right it come up with error and gives me things to do to try fix it iv done that multiple times and then still not working is it possible to get a replacement now TV stick?

Have you tried a factory reset (hold the button on the side for 6 secs or so).
