I plugged my stick in (after it being out of use for around two and a half weeks due to switching broadband providers), but its only got as far as checking connection then stopped. I have an active account and pass so I don't know why its not working, can someone help please?

@Anonymous User have you set the stick up to look for and connect to the new broadband provider?

I thought I had, as it turned out it was still trying to connect to the old WiFi. This has since been sorted out and everything is up and running. Thank you anyway!
