Now tv stick not working please help!

Hi I’ve been having trouble with the now tv stick, I was using the usb slot in the tv to charge the stick. And the stick stopped working giving an error message something about charging, I looked into this and found out that I shouldn’t be charging via tv and actually through the socket. Which I am now trying and the tv stick is not loading to my tv at all? Can someone help please

Hi @Rhiannon66 

When using the Stick with the supplied power adapter it needs to be left switched on when the Stick is in use.

It's not a charger like you use on a mobile phone where it needs to be powered on all the time when in use (otherwise the Stick will not work).

What happens when you try the Stick with the power adapter left plugged in and switched on ?

Thank you so much for it sorted! It was the charger wire connected with the stick stopped working
