Now tv Stick

Hello, can anyone help me. I’ve just received my now tv stick and got it all up and working etc but when I bought it I bought the stick with 2months sky cinema and entertainment pass but I can’t get them working as I had nothing come with the box that had a voucher code on and when I go to pass’s it’s telling me to buy them?!

When you say that you checked the  voucher passes was that on the stick by going into the NowTV App, under My Account ?

Or did you go to the NowTV website and select My Account > Passes & Vouchers to see if there is any Redeem button next to the passes to activate the voucher ?

I am assuming you only have one nowtv account and logged in here with it to see if there is any Redeem button under "Passes & Vouchers" ?

Can't suggest anything else apart from contacting live chat for further assistance & help.
