Have you activated your new nowtv stick ?
If so, go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers on here and hopefully towards the top of the page there will be a message saying " vouchers waiting for you" with a green link saying view vouchers.
Click on the link and hopefully the cinema voucher a day sports pass is waiting for you to redeem them to use.
