Hi!
I had recieved an email advising me my now TV box is due to be turned off and was offered a free now TV stick. When I try to claim it pops up 'unable to load voucher'.
There really isn't anywhere to speak to someone about this.

Before i direct you to NowTV live chat, have you tried a different internet browser when following the link on the email NowTV sent you ?

ended up having to use this link to speak to customer service and within 5 minutes I had it all sorted thanks for your help.
