Hoping someone can help? Bought my great grandparents the now tv stick in January and has worked fine up until now when they really need it in isolation. All the remote was doing was switching the tv on or off never saw the now tv home screen. I researched I have changed the batteries, now nothing happens at all even though the green light is flashing. I have rebooted the internet, unplugged the now tv stick, Pressed the reset button on the side of the stick still nothing never seen the home screen while doing all this. Any help would be really appreciated Thank you.
