No pass with stick

Hi there, I didn’t receive the free 3 month pass with my now tv stick. How do I get this please

Have you the nowtv stick which says that includes a 3 month bundled pass included in the box ?

If so have you setup and activated the stick and double checked by going to My Account > Passes & Vouchers on here if there is a button saying Redeem ?
