No images

Hi, new stick, new problems .

Home screen no images and constant were working on it. All resets ,checks ,usual done this is a new stick not had this on previous sticks, is it just my new stick or are there known problems anybody.

Two Sticks working fine here.

 

Take it back and get it replaced, unless they can show you it working in the store, in which case, it’s your setup.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
