Nnw tv stick stopped working

My now tv stick stopped working there power going to the usb connector but it does not come on 

the help centre is useless as it doesn't load 

the stick is 40 days old 

any suggestions would be useful

Have you tried factory resetting the stick by pushing the small reset button on the stick for about 10 seconds until you see the "let's get started" message pop up on your TV screen.

Also, maybe try the mains power adpator that came with the stick to see if it makes any difference.
