I have purchased a new box as the old one died .
And it won’t allow us to use it because of the device issues ? please help
Have you checked under My Account > Devices on here if you have any device swaps left available this calendar month ?
If not, I would try live chat again on the link below.
I will also tag @Graham-S of the NowTV Forum Team (not sure if he is logged onto the forum at the moment) to see if he can grant you any extra device swap on your account this month if you can't get through to live chat.
