I have recently bought a tv stick, we have watched Netflix on it for about three weeks with no problems and now we can only watch about 30 seconds of something before it goes back to the now tv home screen, anyone any advice

Perhaps try a forced software update on the stick by following step 6 of this linked help guide.
Up date the software even if it shows you are on the same version number.

If the above doesn't work go into the My Apps section of the stick and remove the Netflix App, then once deleted go to the Apps Store section of the stick and re install the Netflix App once again.
Then sign back into the Netflix App with your Netflix account details.

I am having this problem as well, and have tried both the courses of action outlined here but it's still kicking me out of the app almost straight away...is this just a smart stick problem?

ive just signed up to netflix and its throeing me straight out back to the nowtv home screen. im also using the nowtv smart stick. any advise would be appreciated. ive tried software updates and reinstalling the app but no use
