Netflix app error

It takes me straight to home screen when I try to play something on Netflix. 

 

I have tried logging out and in to see if this changes anything but no success.

 

I have also tried uninstalling and installing but again no joy with this either.

 

Any suggestions?

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

I have noticed a few people mention this on both the forum and NowTV Twitter help feed, where it seems to be effecting NowTV stick owners more than box owners.

 

My NowTV smart box has been working flawless with Netflix ever since the App was added to the NowTV devices.

 

I can see you have already tried removing the Netflix App from your stick, then re installing the Netflix App again which would have been the first thing that i would have tried.

 

Can only suggest, some other basic stuff by trying in these order steps 1, 6 & 2 from this linked help article below.
