NOW TV BOX AND STICK NOT WORKING

My NOW TV stick AND my NOW TV box in another room will not work.

I have had both over 2 years but for the 5 days neither will load, I have followed all instructions to repair (turned on/off, hard reset, reset network, moved stick etc etc etc.....) - nothing works.

I can still stream on my mobile phone, but it blocks me from casting so no use either.

Anyone have any ideas before I cancel my contract?

For now try this

Do not open the now app or my TV

Instead use the search tab for the program you want and watch from there.

Seems to be the only workaround at the moment.

One day someone at now will read one of the many threads on this and actually fix the issue for us all

Hi 

my stick is not turning on at all 

it happened before but reset always helped. 
this time its only showing now tv loading screen for just 6 sec and them switching off. 
non of hard and soft reset is solving the problem. 
is there any warranty on stick or any direct support for customers?
