Evening - Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I have NOW TV app through my BT TV package. I pay for Disney Plus but cant get it on my TV, so was pleased to see I can get it through NOW TV. As I don't have a Now TV Box or Firestick it seems I cant download apps.. Do I need a Firestick to access the apps?? Thank you!

Hi @Anonymous User
The BT TV Youview boxes don't offer the Disney + App on them.
So to watch Disney + you will need a supported device / devices from the list on this link below.
Please note that the link is missing the NowTV Stick / Boxes (apart from the old white box) which also supports the Disney + App.

Thanks...
So If I order a smart stick ( as have a NOW tv account albeit through BT, and a disney Plus account) I should be able to access it through that?

Hi @Anonymous User
After you have setup the NowTV Stick, if the Disney + App is not showing under My Apps on the Stick, then go to the Stick Apps Store and add the Disney + App.
When you sign into the Disney + App, use your Disney + login account details.
A couple of customers have been encountering a problem when setting up their new Stick, hopefully it will not happen in your case, but if does get in touch with live chat.
You can find the live chat button on the link below.

Hi @Anonymous User
If you are a BT TV customer and your NowTV passes are paid through BT TV and not NowTV, then i am not sure if you ordered a Stick with the bundled Vouchers on the Stick how the vouchers off the Stick will be transferred to your BT TV Account.
This linked article mentions that you can't purchase the Stick from the NowTV website if you are a BT TV customer, but doesn't say you can't buy a Stick with a bundled voucher from elsewhere.

The NowTV integration for BT TV customers is still a little sketchy on information has far as i am concerned, where perhaps a BT TV customer can confirm if it's possible to add a NowTV Stick with the included bundled vouchers off the Stick onto a BT TV account.
Otherwise see if either BT TV help support or NowTV live chat can offer clarification on the matter.
