My now Tv stick never got delivered where is it im paying for passes when i cant even use them !?

Now tv stick never came been paying for a service I can't even use not happy live chat not working either

Can someone from now tv contact me regarding my now tv stick I believe I've already paid for it and it got returned to sender by royal mail and I am paying for a service I can't use as I have an old youview box that now tv doesn't work on
