is this legit or a scam?

Looks legit to me, where i know nowtv have been emailing selective customers with tempting free deals.
Go to My Account > My Passes on here to see if the free cinema pass has already been added to your account.

I also recieved this email today saying my box will become incompatible so will send me a free stick, but if it is free, why do they need your bank details.
