Please cancel my account, I have had extra passes and a boost?! added to my account without my knowledge. Live chat does not work, who do I speak to? Can I put it in writing, what email address can I use? There is nothing in the menu to allow me to cancel my card or payment details.

I'm not a member of staff, but have you cancelled the passes concerned by going to the link below?

If you've already done this then you won't be charged again for these passes assuming you have been chance that is as it is sometimes the case that the passes can be added automatically by now TV at no charge. You should be able to determine whether you've been charged by going to the link below

Although in my experience when passes are added by now TV at no charge as part of an offer they are automatically cancelled
If you have been charged, though it would be best to fill in the form at the link below
when you fill in the form you can ask now TV to cancel your account completely. If you wish
