Does the loss of Audio happen on all your Apps on your NowTV Stick or just certain Apps ?
Are you using a HDMI splitter and if so have you tried bypassing the splitter box and connect the NowTV Stick directly into your television.
Have you tried a different HDMI port on your television with the stick
When you go into the Stick menu settings under Audio have a play around with the different sound options on the Stick by starting with Stereo.
On your television sound menu settings have a play around with the different sound options.
Also whilst in your TV settings have a mess around with the HDMI CEC settings to see if it makes any difference.
If none of the above works, then if you own another TV then has a temporary test try the stick on the second television just to see if you get sound from it.
