How to talk to NowTV?

I am wanting to speak to a member of staff from NOWTV about my current membership plan, however the live chat is down, and cannot seem to find an email address. Does anyone know how I can contact someone?

Don't know if this email is still working from the screen shot taken from the NowTV Twitter account back in March 2020.

ive just restart my cinema pass and wants id ive never set this up

i tried to fine the telephone number for NOWtv with no luck,

NOWtv does make it hard to pay arrears of when they fail to take the money out my account, 

give me the number so i can pay what i got left towards my bill

Were is the send button for custmer survey whats the piont sending me a survey when theres nowere to send it was of time please don't ever get in touch with me again

Except for Broadband customers, there's no phone option; it's an ONLINE service.

Even BB customers will probably find that's curtailed currently.
