I bought a Black Friday NOWTV stick & entertainment pack. Have decided that we don't want to watch more TV so would like return the stick. BUT am having a lot of trouble connecting with anyone at NOWTv.
I've waited and waited and waited for a live chat advisor to reply for days on end on different machines with different browsers, but nothing heard. I'm soon going to run out of time to return the unwanted stick. I even rang NOWTv but that was only for dealing with phones and I got nowhere!!
What do I have to do to make contact? Is there an email address I can use, what do you suggest?
