Help with credit card authorisation

I jus bought a nowtv stick with 2 months pass problem I have Is every time I enter my card details is says card not authorised I have money in my account my card and home details are correct and no problem with the bank can u help with this as I'm about to take this back thanks in advance

Hi Welcome to the fourm, there could be a few reasons why this is happening:

 

You gave us the wrong address

The billing address you enter has to match the address your card is registered to. If it’s different, your payment will not be authorised.

Please make sure that you’ve entered the correct address for your card and try again.

You entered the wrong security code

Check that you’ve entered the correct security code (the last 3 digits on the back of your card).

Your card has expired

Check whether the expiry date on your card has passed. If so, you’ll need to try again with a new card.
