BT informed me they were switching all the copper connections in my town over to fibre optic and sent out a new hub. I connected it up and everything works fine except my Now TV stick. I go to reset the wifi connection and enter the correct password for my router, but each time it just tells me it can't connect and to restart. It's been 3 days now, I've tried this over and over again with no joy. My hub comes up top of the list available and the password is correct but it just won't connect, please help. I've seen something vaugely similar and they suggested splitting 5 and 2.5 something or other, don't even know what that means or where to begin.
