HD Boost?

Got this email in error...

 

 

 

We have a new app update available to trial for You.i TV on NOW TV devices. This latest version is 6.1.9.

 

If you do not have this version, please perform a manual system update by going to:

Settings > System > System Update > Check Now.

 

App Updates

This build includes numerous fixes, improvements and increases general usability. A list of updates can be found below:

 

New features/updates:

  1. Live Pause
  2. HD Boost Purchase and playout (feature enabled)

I was charged for this subscription that I never ordered. Why was I charged and I want my £3 back

Did you take out the free trial for the HD Boost by any chance? 

If so this will work out in the same way as the Movies and Entertainment passes where you will need to cancel them before your billing period to stop you from being billed. 

 

There is also a possibility that there could for some reason be another account using the same payment details.
