Free pass

Hi iv just had a nowtv stick that came with a free month's pass for entertainment when setting up the stick it said it couldn't activate the free pass at this time and to get in touch with now TV I can only speak to the nowbot and that's not helping does anyone have any ideas what I can do thanks
