Free Smart Stick

I have received an Email on the 2nd June offering me a free Smart Stick. I only just completed an order for one last week (31st May) for £14.99. Please can I have this reimbursed and collect the free stick instead or just be credited the £14.99? I do not have a need for two sticks.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
