Free Entertainment pass /account problem

HI

I added a Mcdonalds free entertainment pass to my account which seemed to work for a day or so. I have now lost access to Entertainment. I thought there might be a problem with the pass so thought I'd try and just pay for my pass as normal but the Entertainment pass is not showing on my account neither is the option to add it. Entertainment has been removed from my manage passes option!

Ive tried to contact now tv but never realised how hard it is to get help when you need it with your account!!

Are you trying to watch this on a YouView box?

 

This does not have the Entertainment option at present.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
