Have 2 faulty sticks. One often unresponsive to remote, the other overheating and also freezing on screen. Overheating message has popped up several times despite using hdmi extender. Gets hot within 10 mins of being plugged in. Contacted now tv on the chat on several occasions and they promised the issue has been escalated and that someone will be in touch. Heard nothing. Filled out complaint form on website 2 weeks ago and still heard nothing. Went back on the chat and after explaining it all, the staff member ended the chat! Not a disconnection, they actually just ended it! Forced to take the matter further through other channels, have transcripts saved as evidence. Totally inadequate service from now tv. Have a year subscription for movies and entertainment and unable to use to full effect. Faulty devices were purchased on now tv's website and they are responsible to replace them.
