Ethernet

Hi,

I purchased a nowtv stick in October for my sons tv and a lot of the time nowtv “freezes”.  The symbol spins round like it is trying to load something but it doesn’t load.   If I connect an Ethernet cable to the tv would this help?   If I reset the stick it works ok until the next time.   Also the stick feels warm to touch.    Any ideas?

Sorry, @Anonymous User, but plugging an ethernet cable into the TV will have absolutly no effect on the stick’s performance. You’d need to plug the ethernet cable into the stick - which, of course, is impossible.

The stick’s close proximity to the back of the TV could be causing interference so it might be woth trying a short HDMI extention cable which can be bought very cheaply.
