Half way through watching a film on my TV Stick and it suddenly stops and says "OOoops something went wrong - unable to load data" - so I go on Live Chat and speak with a "real" advisor who signs off and gives me the BOT after me explaining my issue - hey if you dont know the answer then at least let me know before binning me off !!!
