Error 014.50

I have 2 now tv boxes and now i have bought a stick. If i remember right both my old white box and more resent hd black boxes had issues on the preliminary set up but one quick tweek and all was fine. The stick is being more of a pain then both. I keep getting error code 014.50. It connects fine but then gets to connect to networks and fails. I have turned off pings and on again. Im with virgin media.

can someone help me out please??

Have you tried connecting the 24Ghz and 5Ghz? Is it the same for both @Marekphilli
