Using Nowtv stick

the guide gives the correct programmes and times for the live cricket but not for the highlights, bite size and debate which are not simultaneous with the satellite output, I believe.
For example Sky sports guide and the Nowtv guide stated cricket highlights at 1700 but the programme received via the stick was Bite size followed by the debate. I watched some of the highlights which started at 1800 although the guide stated otherwise. Customer service said the highlights would be at 1700 & 2100, so I watched them via the nowtv stick at 2000!!!!!!
The actual time shown on the guide is correct.
