My stick is coming on and saying that it is unable to connect and to go to my network settings. My remote is letting me get to network and then crashing. It’s just stuck on the same screen and won’t do anything I’ve tried resetting my device and it’s doing the same thing and I’ve also changed the batteries in my remote. How can I fix this?
