Continue watching not working

Hi,

 

i have recently started using now tv. All fine aside from quite frequently the continue watching section will reset my program and lose where I last watched it from!

 

Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround that stops this somehow? It’s very annoying...

What device?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

This happened to me on the LG app yesterday. I was half way through Chernobyl and last night when I went to watch it started from the beginnning ---- WITH PRE ADVERTS TO BOOT.

 

Not very amused 😒

 

To be honest Continue Watching has been playing up on the TV apps for months, in different ways
