Cant set up payment

Im teyin to set up my now tv stick iv typed in the code that appears on the screen but wen i get to the part where i have to enter my payment details its coming up "oops there was a problem" can anyone tell me how to resolve this plz

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

I've had to buy a new smart stick as my old white box is obsolete apparently... now i can't get past the add credit card screen. I've had an account for many years and already have/had passes set up. do i really need to add this new code or can i skip it somehow.  The live chat doesn't appear to be working and i cant find a phone number to call. Help please
