I need help to get of the purple home screen tried resetting stick tried a different telly it worked at the end of last week but not now

When you say a reset, was that a soft reset or a full factory reset (see link below).

If you haven't factory reset the stick, then perhaps try that to see if you can get further than the purple welcome screen with the nowtv logo.
