I have "live chatted" last week because my LG tV screen just suddenly went all black when using HDMI.( It's an older model, not really smart tv as there isn't a built-in app. so I have been using a NOWTV STICK and was working fine). I could see very faint NOW TV stuff but nothing more. the guy chatting with me made me reset everything, which I had already done, and to make a long story short, he decided it was a device problem and I now have a new NOWTV stick.
It still doesn't work...
anyone experiencing this??
