If it's not any special email promo nowtv offer where it says something like one per customer or you are trying to purchase directly from the nowtv website shop, then your best bet might be to contact live chat to see if they can assist you further.

If you get no luck with live chat and nobody else on here comes up with a solution, then you could always buy the nowtv smart stick with a bundled pass for £20 from places like Argos, Curry's, Tesco etc.
