You should be fine, where you can add a maximum of four devices on your account.
When you set up the smart stick just use the same identical log in details as your nowtv box.
With regards to the 1 month cinema voucher that came with the stick, when you are ready to apply the code, go to My Account > My Passes where you should see a green apply voucher button next to your existing cinema pass and this 1 month voucher will be added to your cinema pass account.
