Just bought a new Now tv stick. It won’t bring up the Home Screen but keeps going back to the let’s get started screen. Broadband installed fine, update fine just won’t get to the next level

I have two separate boxes linked to a Samsung smart TV and Hisense smart TV. This issue occurs whenever attempting to watch films etc. on either TV and been ongoing since the software upgrade via NowTV. When will a fix occur?
