smart tv box keeps skipping back

the last 6 months my tv channels randomly skip back 20mins or so. im fed up with it now i pay for broadband package any tv passes so over £50 a month. no help from online chat...

Try turning of your internet, count up to 10, then switch the internet back on, give it a few sconds to ajust, also try tuning the Smart Box and scan for wi-fi signal!
