I am having difficulty setting up my box in that I get streaming, which is quite poor, but cannot access anything else.  Can anyone help?

I'm a bit confused by your topic title. NOW TV is not a satellite service, it's an internet based media streaming service!

That being said. Can you please confirm the make an model of your NOW TV playback device?

Is it the 'first generation' NOW TV 'white' box: -

Is it the 'second generation' NOW TV 'black' (4200SK - Roku 3) box: -

Is it the 'third generation' (newest) NOW TV 'smart' 4500SK - NOW TV) box: -

Apologies, I didn't make it very clear. I have just had satellite broadband installed and my son has set up the Now box (the newest one).
I can only stream stuff at the moment, is this because I don't have a landline or because I haven't got an aerial cable yet?

@Anonymous User you can use an indoor aerial if you are close enough to the transmitter.
