"Something went wrong. We are working on it".

Purchased a Now TV Smart box last week from Currys, with a 2 month Cinema pass included. I already have a years cinema, entertainment and kids passes.

 

Log into my account and asked to enter a series of random letters to prove I'm not a robot. Everytime it fails and I get the same message "Something went wrong. We are working on it".

 

Contacted Now TV and eventually told to reset the box via the button on the bottom. Tried this three times and nothing has changed.

 

Anyone know how to sort this out?

Welcome to the forum. When you press the button on the bottom of the box to reset it, make sure you hold it in for a good 30-40 seconds before letting go to make sure it does a factory reset, not just restarting the box.

Turns out all the advice from Now TV was wrong.

 

I reset my password and now I can log in.
