purple screen

when i try and watch freeview or anything on the nowtv app all i get is a purple screen

I get this now and again on my smart box and the only way to resolve it is to power down and re boot the box.

I don't believe it's a HDMI issue and there is a bug since the last few firmware updates on the smart box.

You could try checking for a software update or try a different HDMI cable and port on your TV, but it hasn't worked for me.

Because it is intermittent and doesn't happen regular for me i have been just rebooting the box.

thanks the reboot advice worked seemed to have fixed the issue
