All of the tv shows and box sets are heavily pixelated. Now tv smart box is plugged into the Ethernet and speed tests show 150mbps. This has been the case for the past couple of days now.

I can go through the apps on the box onto bbc, itv etc and they are perfect quality.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Exactly the same issue, but only the last few days. I use the Now TV app on the Roku stick - been absolutely fine until the update 2 or 3 days ago, and now every show is unwatchable. So I'm paying seriously high prices (compared to any other streaming service) for something I can't use. Obviously not happy...

I used the reset button and it sorted the issue completely, the reset button is on the back you will need a needle and once it all loads up again its all good.
