paramount plus not showing up

I have searched and cannot find this specifically but I have a yellow smart stick and blue Freeview box and neither have paramount plus showing up. Both are up to date.

That's because they won't get added. It wasn't part of the deal as part of the Paramount+ and Sky launch.

You need another compatible device such as Amazon Fire or Roku stick.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
