loss of internet connection

Hi,

My box keeps stopping for a second saying theres no internet connection, then literally immediately after it says the connections back.  

i dont have this issue on Netflix, amazon prime or apple tv.  whys it suddenly started doing this?   ive done a factory reset and nothings changed,

What box are you using?

Im using the older smart box (with blue writing in top). 

It's been doing that to me since January. I've long since given up and taken the ethernet cable out and stream wirelessly.

Used to work fine. My Internet is with virgin media, and now tv have never bothered to fix the issue.

Hi @Anonymous User

You can try and factory reset the box.

You can do this by press Home x5, Fast Forward x3, and Rewind x2.

This should bring you to a menu to reset you box.
