laughing teeth and football in now TV logo

This logo is driving me crazy. The NOW TV logo appears with the O in NOW TV as gnashing grinning teeth and changes to a football - honest!!

This appears when the programme you are watching crashes. The only way to carry on watching is to switch everything off and start again.
