NOW TV Box not responding to remote

Hi,For months our Now tv doesn't respond to the remote if we don't use it for hours (ie overnight). We have to unplug the back mains and in again and wait for it. Why does it cut out like this? Does anyone else have this problem? Thanks

Can't watch now tv
